As a Junior Strategic Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in the operations team, collaborating closely with both the Operations Manager and Managing Director. Your responsibilities will involve providing essential support for various strategic initiatives, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and the successful completion of internal and client projects. Supporting the coordination and management of projects within the automotive sector will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for conducting market research, collecting data to facilitate strategic decision-making, and assisting in the development and review of content for corporate and client-facing materials. Additionally, you will offer administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient communication and task execution while also optimizing workflows to achieve strategic goals effectively. In this position, you will be encouraged to think creatively and offer innovative solutions to operational challenges, showcasing your strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools such as Mac OS, Keynote, and Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
