As a Senior Marketing Strategist at Enlog, you will play a crucial role in leading our brand and growth initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that are aligned with business goals. - Leading market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide campaigns effectively. - Driving brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all channels for maximum impact. - Planning and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and influencer marketing. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns. - Managing marketing budgets, tracking KPIs, and presenting performance reports to the leadership team. - Mentoring and guiding junior marketing team members for their professional development. - Identifying and implementing new marketing technologies and trends to stay ahead in the industry. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 2-3 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, or digital marketing. - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and automation platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. - Proven track record of scaling marketing initiatives and driving revenue growth. - Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex marketing challenges.
