Job Title: Management Trainee ( MBA/BBA freshers from reputed B-schools )

About the Role:
Volta is seeking dynamic and ambitious MBA/BBA freshers from reputed B-schools or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Strategic Planning, or working in a CEO’s Office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to diverse business functions, and contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in strategic planning and execution of company projects.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth implementation of business initiatives.
• Support marketing activities, campaign planning, and brand-building efforts.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare business reports.
• Work with leadership on special projects to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and updates for senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/BBA from a reputed B-school (freshers welcome) or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to adapt to cross-functional roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
