As an experienced leader at the Associate Director / Director level in recruitment, search, or advisory environments, you have the opportunity to build and lead your own portfolio within Page Group's established and high-performing practice area. You will play a key role in driving business development at senior levels, influencing hiring strategies at the CHRO, CIO, CTO, and CEO level. Your responsibilities will include delivering on senior retained and exclusive mandates while leveraging Page's brand equity and delivery infrastructure. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with senior leadership and regional heads to shape strategy and scale your vertical. At Page, leadership is defined by external influence, client relationships, and commercial impact rather than mere hierarchy. Ideal candidates for this role are those currently managing senior delivery in retained or contingent models, who are ready to transition into a more strategic and commercially empowered position. You should be drawn to the idea of eventually owning a full P&L and building something substantial within a global brand. To be successful in this role, you should possess 8-12 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent advisory, with a proven track record of handling CXO-level mandates. You should have experience in originating or co-owning client relationships, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a consultative approach to client partnership. A strong industry reputation and comfort in engaging with senior stakeholders are essential. Mumbai-based professionals or those willing to relocate are preferred.
