Morgan's Commercial & Investment Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the establishment of the team, defining its strategic direction, promoting an AI-focused mindset, and utilizing advanced analytics to generate actionable insights. Leading an agile team, you will deliver strategic research and intelligence to the Commercial & Investment Bank Management team, aligning the research strategy with the business priorities of the Commercial & Investment Bank. Your key responsibilities will include defining and driving the research strategy in alignment with the CIB's business priorities, staying updated on AI application developments, fostering a culture of agility in adopting new AI applications, leveraging various data points for trend analysis, and assessing the impact of emerging trends on the business. You will oversee all research deliverables to ensure accuracy, relevance, and actionable recommendations that drive strategic value, while also building a culture of excellence within the team to enhance research deliverables. The qualifications, capabilities, and skills required for this role include an advanced degree in business administration, finance, economics, technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic leadership role. Preferred qualifications include an innovative AI-first mindset, proficiency in modern research tools, knowledge of machine learning techniques, excellent written communication skills, demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams, and senior-level experience in strategy, consulting, or innovation within the financial services industry.
