Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Redaptive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to sales growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. - Working closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. - Proactively identifying and qualifying potential leads from outbound and inbound sources. - Researching and defining key targets in collaboration with sales, marketing, and originations. - Performing ongoing analysis for action and review of efforts that generate quota retirement and success. - Applying effective communication skills by collaborating directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams. - Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for next steps. - Researching and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. - Continuously improving sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-development. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Ability to turn objections into opportunities for Redaptive. - Results-driven mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. - Basic understanding of the industry and products/services offered. Your background should include: - 5+ years of sales experience, with a history of achieving MBO or Quota targets for a US-based organization. - Experience with Fortune 500 companies or selling to US-based hospital systems, building, facilities, or energy sectors is preferred. - Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. - A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant marketplace experience. Please note that this role will require you to operate from 7 pm IST to 4 am IST.
