In this role at Redaptive, as a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the sales growth. You must be a quick learner, creative, and self-motivated with excellent professional communication skills. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. - Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. - Proactively identify and qualify potential leads from Outbound and Inbound sources. - Research and define key targets in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Originations. - Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams. - Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps. - Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. - Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-development. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Basic understanding of the industry and products/services offered. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
