Job Description

As the Franchise Expansion Manager at Cult, Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd's fitness and wellness platform, your primary goal is to drive the company's growth through strategic franchise management and expansion initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key franchise accounts, leading the expansion into new cities, and developing investor networks for company-owned company-operated (COCO) centers. Your expertise in franchise development, account management, go-to-market strategies, and investor relations will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management & Growth: - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing franchise partners to drive revenue growth. - Identify opportunities for expanding revenue streams within current accounts. - Conduct thorough analysis of account performance, provide actionable insights, and execute improvement plans. - Ensure that franchisees maintain brand standards and operational excellence. New City Expansion Strategy: - Develop and implement entry strategies tailored to specific cities, including competitive analysis and site selection. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth operational rollout in new locations. - Monitor and report on the progress of expansion efforts, making necessary adjustments to tactics. - Become a specialist in onboarding the first partner in new cities. Sourcing Leads for Selling COCO Centers to Investors: - Identify and assess potential investors interested in acquiring COCO centers. - Create targeted lead generation campaigns and networking initiatives to attract investors. - Present compelling business cases and financial models to prospective investors. - Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to deal closure. Sourcing Institutional Investors: - Establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, and venture capitalists. - Develop and deliver persuasive investment pitches and presentations. - Negotiate terms and facilitate investment agreements with institutional investors. - Stay abreast of industry trends and investor sentiment to refine outreach strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience in franchise development, business expansion, or investment sales. - Proven track record in account management and successful market entry strategies. - Extensive network of investors and experience in B2B sales. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends. - Willingness to travel as needed.
