Strategic Account Manager

Job Description: You will be responsible for serving as a SAM (Service Account Manager) for the West Region. In this role, you will be focusing on managing service accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction in the specified region. Key Responsibilities: - Manage service accounts in the West Region - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth - Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Monitor service performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Proven experience in account management or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,
