Job Description

As a Sales Professional at Salesforce, your role involves driving strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives in India by exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets and expanding existing accounts. You will be responsible for territory identification, pipeline development, engaging with prospects, and leading the end-to-end sales process. Your focus will be on creating satisfied customers and achieving revenue goals while maintaining accurate data in the Salesforce system. **Responsibilities:** - Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts within India. - Handle the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with an emphasis on new business sales. - Identify and research territories to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create a target account list. - Develop the sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and market knowledge. - Engage with prospects to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling. - Lead the sales process with appropriate resources and generate short-term results while focusing on long-term revenue growth. - Update the Salesforce system daily with accurate customer and pipeline data. - Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery. **Required Skills:** - Successfully sold into Large Enterprise companies in the Auto Industry space. - 13+ years of enterprise solution sales experience selling CRM, ERP, or similar products. - Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals, consistently exceeding quota and revenue goals. - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. **Desired Skills:** - Strategic account planning and execution skills. - Experience selling to C-Level and across both IT and business units in Enterprise Customers in the South Market of India. - Strong technical competence and commitment to customer success. - Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform. - Strong time management and consultative sales solution skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,
