Stratafix Specialist

• Established and productive individual contributor, who can work under moderate supervision
• Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organizations overall Wound Closure Sales strategy
• Applies practical knowledge of the Knotless Tissue Control Device(Stratafix) to drive adoption across focus surgical specialties, maintains business continuity and identifies new opportunities to maintain high growth momentum
• Helps establish and implement cost-effective, results based, and professionally managed programs and innovative initiatives for the Stratafix category, under general supervision

• Identifies opportunities to integrate methods based on data trends and the competitive landscape to improve the organizations Sales strategy.
• Communicates information throughout the clinical sales area to ensure Surgeons and their teams stay we'll-informed on product knowledge, launches, policies, and patient safety protocols.
• Documents and maintains customer account information and sets up reporting to monitor sales funnel.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
