Strapi Expert / Product-Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strapi Expert who can bridge the gap between business users and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have both strong technical expertise and the maturity to engage directly with senior business stakeholders to understand requirements, define strategy, and translate those into actionable solutions.

• Collaborate directly with business users to gather and refine requirements.
• Define and drive product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Leverage Strapi to design, configure, and optimize content management solutions.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Proven expertise in Strapi and related headless CMS technologies.
• Strong experience in product strategy, business analysis, or a hybrid product-tech role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mature, senior-level presence with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on technical knowledge to guide implementation teams when necessary.
