Strapi Expert / Product-Tech Lead

As an experienced Strapi Expert, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business users and technology teams. Your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with senior business stakeholders to understand requirements, define strategies, and translate them into actionable solutions. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with business users to gather and refine requirements, defining and driving product strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging Strapi to design, configure, and optimize content management solutions, partnering with technology teams to ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements, and acting as the bridge between business and technology to ensure clear communication and alignment. To excel in this role, you should have proven expertise in Strapi and related headless CMS technologies, strong experience in product strategy, business analysis, or a hybrid product-tech role, the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, a mature, senior-level presence with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and hands-on technical knowledge to guide implementation teams when necessary.,
