About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and imaginative Creative Lead to join our creative team. If you're someone who enjoys blending art with storytelling and thrives in a collaborative environment, we’d love to see what you can bring to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual concepts, animations, and motion graphics across various media
• Translate creative briefs and abstract ideas into compelling visual content
• Contribute to the storytelling process by shaping the visual narrative
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing teams
• Create visual assets such as storyboards, animation frames, and edited videos
• Implement feedback with a growth mindset and eye for detail

Qualifications & Requirements:Education & Training:

• Degree or Diploma in Animation, Media Arts, Communication, or related creative field
• Additional certification in 3D or editing tools (Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus

Skills & Experience:

• Strong foundation in concept development and visual ideation
• Proficiency in storytelling, visual structure, and creative narrative building
• Familiarity with storyboarding and visual communication techniques
• Hands-on experience with animation and video editing software

Creative Quotient & Adaptability:

• Adaptable across different styles, platforms, and audience types
• Receptive to feedback and highly collaborative in nature
• Strong visual sensibility, innovative thinking, and creative problem-solving

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Mandatory):

• Working knowledge of 3D animation pipelines and motion graphics
• Cross-functional team collaboration experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Portfolio Requirement:

A portfolio or showreel is mandatory and should showcase:

• Concept and ideation work
• Visual storytelling examples
• Relevant 3D animation or editing projects (if available)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
