Key Responsibilities:

Inward Material Handling:

• Receive and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and invoices.
• Inspect material quantity and basic quality at the time of receipt.
• Prepare and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Coordinate with the purchase and accounts teams for discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials.

Outward Material Handling:

• Issue materials to production or dispatch as per approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
• Prepare delivery challans for outward movement.
• Ensure correct quantity and condition of dispatched goods.
• Maintain outward dispatch records.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate stock records in manual registers and/or ERP systems.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management for re-ordering.
• Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

Storage & Safety:

• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and preservation of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
• Follow safety procedures for handling heavy, fragile, or hazardous materials.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain all store-related documents and records properly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Support audit and verification processes as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
