Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Inspection Inspect and verify quality of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and outgoing finished products . Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, and compliance reports. Identify defects, deviations, and ensure corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). CAD Design & Review Interpret and review 2D/3D CAD drawings for product specifications and tolerances. Collaborate with design & production teams to ensure manufacturability and adherence to standards. Support in making minor design adjustments or drawing updates when required. Factory Supervision & Coordination Oversee production processes to ensure quality parameters are met. Guide operators and supervisors on quality standards and work instructions. Support training programs for shopfloor staff on quality awareness. Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement Implement and maintain quality control procedures and inspection methods . Monitor KPIs such as rejection rate, rework, and customer complaints. Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement projects . Qualifications & Skills Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (or related). Hands-on experience in CAD (2D & 3D software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) . Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality inspection and factory supervision. Knowledge of ISO/TS quality standards, GD&T, and measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
