Stores Incharge

Job Summary.
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Incharge to manage the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, effective team supervision, proper inventory control, and excellent customer service to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Job Role:

- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, staff supervision, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain product availability.- Ensure the store layout and product displays are neat, appealing, and aligned with company standards.- Train, guide, and evaluate store staff to maintain high performance and service levels.- Manage sales targets and ensure team meets KPIs and customer service goals.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.- Generate daily sales reports, cash handling, and ensure proper documentation of transactions.- Coordinate with the head office or supply chain team for inventory, promotions, and operational updates.

Skills Required :

- Proven experience as a Store Incharge or similar role in retail.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

- Sound knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail store management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
