Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for smooth clearance of import/export consignments

Calculate and manage import duties, ensuring accurate and timely payments

Manage logistics operations (inbound & outbound), including freight negotiation and shipment tracking

Prepare, verify, and submit export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)

Ensure timely GST return filing, excise documentation, and reconciliation as per statutory norms

Filing of monthly GST-GST R1, GST R2B, GST R3B and annual GSTR9 & GSTR9C

Handle custom claims, including duty drawback and refund claims

Maintain regular liaison with Customs authorities and Commissioner’s office for updates, clarifications, and issue resolution

Monitor credit gains under various export schemes (like MEIS/SEIS or RoDTEP)

Ensure all logistics and documentation processes comply with applicable DGFT, Customs, GST, and other statutory requirements

Liasoning with Govt. (Central, State, Customs)

Govt Rules/Notification/ orders/Circulars/Notice implementation

Export / IMPORT documentation and deal with CHA, Custom

Audits- Govt and internal

Safety and Risk management

Implementation and upgradation of data management system-Tally ERP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
