As an Officer Stores, your role involves managing various responsibilities related to store operations and material management. Here are the key details from the job description: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for purchasing consumable items from domestic suppliers, handling GRN for inward materials, and ensuring timely delivery of purchase orders. Your role will also involve resolving quality issues with suppliers, preparing processing DC, rework challan, and managing logistics for material transportation. In addition, you will monitor inventory levels, conduct stock analysis, and generate various reports as required by management. Scrap handling and ISO 9001:2015 audit documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Purchase consumable items from domestic suppliers - Handle GRN for inward materials - Follow up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules - Resolve quality issues with suppliers - Prepare processing DC, rework challan, and inter-site material transfer challan - Generate 57F4 Chalan - Manage logistics for material transportation - Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock analysis - Monitor RM & BOT out material and generate reports - Handle ISO 9001:2015 audit documentation - Generate and correct BOM - Prepare MIS reports as per management requirements - Generate packing slip, invoice, and E-way bill - Handle scrap management **Qualification Required:** - B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Logistics or Material Management - Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office - Experience in stores management for 3-4 years - Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and BOM skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent negotiation and communication abilities - Familiarity with India Mart and search engines - Ability to work in a team and demonstrate leadership - Good mail writing and document management skills Please note that the job is full-time and the work location is in Ambad, Nashik.
