Stores Assistant

Ø To look after over all site stores functions and reports to Head Stores, functionally and reports to project manager, administratively.

Ø To receive materials, approval, storage, proper handling and issue of materials to project site and their proper recording and documentations on daily basis.

Ø To take physical stock of fixed assets (F) and (A) category items, at the end of every month.

Ø To ensure reconciliation of all major materials and Fuel along with planning engineer/mechanical department timely and submission of reports to H.O.

Ø To arrange material receipt notes (MRN) to accounts department on daily basis.

Ø To ensure timely arrangement of the required information for finalization of accounts and attending to audit observations.
Ø To return rejected materials to suppliers as per advice of purchase department.Ø To claim insurance for transit damage.Ø To maintain good housekeeping and safety in the department.Ø To ensure adequate and appropriate firefighting equipment and positioned in all storage places.Requirements

Ø Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering Civil / Structural
Ø Experience: 0 - 2 years and above experience in Real Estate Sector with SAP MM module knowledge.Ø Good Communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
