Stores Assistant

As a Procurement Executive, your role will involve monitoring stock levels, identifying purchasing needs, and researching potential vendors. You will be responsible for tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery, as well as updating internal databases with order details such as dates, vendors, quantities, and discounts. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify pricing trends, evaluate offers from vendors, and negotiate better prices. Your responsibilities will also include preparing cost analyses, maintaining updated records of invoices and contracts, and following up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders. It will be crucial for you to liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
