Storekeeper

• Errands and Tasks: Run office errands such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
• Refreshment Management: Monitor and replenish office pantry supplies, including tea, coffee, and snacks, to ensure availability for staff and visitors.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, and fax machines are in working condition. Coordinate repairs or maintenance when necessary.
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office&site
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Organize and store materials in designated locations within the civil store to ensure efficient retrieval and utilization.
• Prepare materials and supplies for distribution to construction sites according to project requirements.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Keep the civil store clean, organized, and free from hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the disposal of waste materials in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate material needs and resolve any issues promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries in the workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall objectives of the construction project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
