Errands and Tasks: Run office errands such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management. Refreshment Management: Monitor and replenish office pantry supplies, including tea, coffee, and snacks, to ensure availability for staff and visitors. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, and fax machines are in working condition. Coordinate repairs or maintenance when necessary. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office&site Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies for accuracy and quality. Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies. Organize and store materials in designated locations within the civil store to ensure efficient retrieval and utilization. Prepare materials and supplies for distribution to construction sites according to project requirements. Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials. Keep the civil store clean, organized, and free from hazards to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in the disposal of waste materials in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate material needs and resolve any issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries in the workplace. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall objectives of the construction project.
