Job Description

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the store team.
Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely entry in ERP/Inventory software.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials as per safety and quality guidelines.
Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
Oversee loading and unloading operations while ensuring minimal material loss/damage.
Maintain documentation for inward and outward material movement.
Implement and monitor store processes, including FIFO/FEFO, to reduce wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping in the store area.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
