Job Description

Storekeeper's job involves managing inventory, ensuring stock levels, receiving and inspecting deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area, while also ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

· Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including ingredients, beverages, and other supplies.

· Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.

Receiving and Storing:

· Inspect incoming deliveries for quality and quantity.

· Store items in appropriate conditions (e.g., refrigeration or dry storage).

Supply Coordination:

· Ensure timely availability of ingredients and supplies for kitchen and service staff.

· Coordinate with suppliers for restocking and quality assurance.

Order Management:

· Monitor consumption rates and place replenishment orders.

· Prevent overstocking or understocking by adhering to storage policies.

Maintenance of Records:

· Document stock movements using inventory management software or manual logs.

· Ensure compliance with food safety regulations in storage and handling.

General Support:

· Assist with other operational tasks as needed by the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Familiarity with inventory systems and software.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Basic knowledge of food safety and storage regulations.

· Good communication skills for supplier coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
