Storekeeper

Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time, organized, and experienced storekeeper capable of managing all stocks and inventory while ensuring store maintenance. Our ideal candidate should possess multitasking abilities, a learning aptitude, strong organizational skills, and great attention to detail. The ideal candidate should efficiently manage inventories, restock supplies, maintain inventory-related records, report damaged inventories and ensure the efficient flow of goods in and out of the store.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.

▪ Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in designated locations.

▪ Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software.

▪ Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.

▪ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment to customers.

▪ Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

▪ Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records, and generating inventory reports for management.

▪ Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards. Requirements

▪ Education: A Science or Commerce graduate degree from a recognized university.

▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

▪ Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and procurement procedures preferable

Experience

1-2 years of experience in store management or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,639.88 - ₹20,000.00 per month
