Store Supervisor

As a Material Coordinator, your role involves keeping a record of all raw material consumables and conducting daily inventory checks of all items in stock. You are responsible for reporting the daily stock levels and consumption of major raw materials to the Purchase department. Additionally, you need to ensure the maintenance of minimum stock levels for all raw materials and initiate re-order requests with the purchase head as needed. Following up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery is also a key aspect of your role to prevent any disruptions in production due to raw material stock shortages. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain records of all raw material consumables and conduct daily inventory checks - Report daily stock levels and consumption of major raw materials to the Purchase department - Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for all raw materials and initiate re-order requests - Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery - Ensure production is not disrupted due to raw material stock shortages - Unload materials and inspect goods for quality and quantity upon receipt - Identify and stock all goods upon receipt - Submit Goods Received Note to the Purchase department - Maintain records of sales dispatches and report finished goods inventory - Assist the Dispatch Head in packaging and dispatching goods - Supervise packaging and loading staff on a daily basis - Prepare sales orders during the dispatch of goods - Keep the store clean and organized - Monitor wastage and irregular use of raw materials - Control wastage, scrap, and misuse of raw materials Qualifications Required: - Experience: Total work experience of 1 year (Preferred) Note: This job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund.
