Store Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor at Burgundy Brand Collective, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service consistently. You will address customer concerns diplomatically, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for process improvement. Your role will involve managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life. You will generate management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans. Efficient execution of store opening and closing protocols is crucial, and you will lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Additionally, you will oversee e-commerce order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing from order placement to final delivery. Qualifications & Skills Required: - 1-5 years of experience in Retail Sales. - Excellent customer handling and communication skills. - Must be well-organized and diligently structured in approach to any engagement.
