Job Description

1. Sales Associate / Floor StaffGreet customers politely and assist them with products. Provide product knowledge and recommendations. Ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and replenished regularly. Handle customer queries and complaints. Support in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. 2. CashierOperate billing counter and process payments (cash, card, UPI, etc.). Issue receipts and handle refunds/exchanges as per policy. Maintain accuracy in transactions and balance cash register. Ensure quick and smooth checkout experience for customers. 3. Store Helper / Stock AssistantManage stock receiving, unpacking, and arranging in storage area. Refill shelves and maintain stock levels on the floor. Assist in stock audits and inventory management. Keep storeroom clean and organized. 4. Store SupervisorMonitor daily staff activities and performance. Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality. Maintain discipline and allocate duties to staff. Support Store Manager in achieving store goals. 5. Visual Merchandiser (if applicable)Design attractive product displays to maximize sales. Change layouts as per promotions or seasons. Maintain brand guidelines for product presentation. 6. General Responsibilities for All StaffMaintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Follow company policies, SOPs, and dress code. Build good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Report any issues (damages, shortages, theft, etc.) to the manager
