Job Description

Role Overview We are hiring s tore Sales Executives silver jewelry. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in jewelry sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction : Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their requirements and preferences. Provide detailed information about jewelry pieces, including designs, materials, and pricing. Sales Performance : Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through upselling and cross-sellingKeep track of sales performance and strive to increase monthly incentives. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest collections and trends in gold and silver jewelry. Educate customers on jewelry care and maintenance. Store Operations : Ensure the store displays are well-maintained and appealing. Assist with inventory management and replenishment. Customer Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Address customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Requirements Experience : Minimum 2 years in retail jewelry sales, with a strong preference for candidates from gold or silver jewelry backgrounds. Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; knowledge of monthly sales incentive structures is a plus. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Customer Focus : A friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach. Availability : Willingness to work onsite at the store with a 6-day work schedule. Compensation Fixed Salary
