Sales Strategies: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and implement effective sales strategies. 7. Team Collaboration: Work with the store team to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and support each other. Requirements: 1. Experience: Prior sales experience, preferably in retail or a similar industry. 2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of handcrafted products or willingness to learn. 4. Sales Orientation: Strong sales skills, with a focus on customer needs and solutions. 5.
