Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized individual who can handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, manage documentation efficiently, and operate a computer with confidence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities:Answer and make phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Handle customer inquiries and route calls to the appropriate department or person. Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation (both physical and digital). Draft, type, and format letters, reports, and other official documents. Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Organize and maintain office files for easy retrieval. Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned.
