Job Summary:

Join our team as a Store Recruitment Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring Rider/Delivery Boys for our assigned stores. This position is critical in ensuring that we have a reliable and skilled workforce to meet our delivery promises and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with store managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local community organizations and recruitment partners.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve the hiring process.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants and hiring decisions in the recruitment database.

Requirements:

• Excellent networking and communication skills to effectively engage with potential candidates.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand their hiring needs.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing candidates.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects.
• Experience in recruitment or a related field is desired but not mandatory.
