Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the procurement of materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and fittings as per project requirements.
Compare quotations, negotiate with vendors, and prepare purchase orders.
Maintain and update the vendor database and evaluate vendor performance.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Track and manage inventory levels; ensure stock availability to prevent project delays.
Prepare and maintain procurement records, reports, and price lists.
Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery and resolve any issues related to quality, quantity, or delays.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Assist in sourcing new suppliers and materials to meet design quality standards and cost efficiency.
Coordinate logistics, transport, and documentation for inward and outward material movement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
