Store Operations Associate in Bangalore

Website: https://materialdepot.inWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented store maintenance supervisor to manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of our experience center in Whitefield. You will play a key role in ensuring our store infrastructure, systems, and equipment are functioning smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and capable of leading a team while ensuring compliance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store maintenance team in performing daily, preventive, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Plan, implement, and monitor maintenance schedules for regular servicing of all store systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building infrastructure.
• Oversee repair work for all mechanical, electrical, and general store fixtures to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective operations and resource optimization.
• Maintain detailed records including maintenance logs, compliance documentation, inspection reports, and equipment inventory.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and adherence to health/environmental standards.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for specialized services and ensure quality control in outsourced maintenance work.
• Train and mentor team members on safety protocols, equipment handling, and standard operating procedures.
• Respond quickly to urgent repair needs or equipment breakdowns to minimize disruptions to store operations.
• Continuously improve maintenance strategies, equipment reliability, and resource utilization for better efficiency.
