Store Officer

We are looking for a Store Officer who will oversee the Daily Stock Transaction of our Transmission and Substation Sites and had at least 1 years.

Responsibilities:

• Must stay at the project site, including remote or rural areas.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of stock transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials for project sites.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Arrange transportation for materials to project sites, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and conformity to specifications.
• Address any issues with defective or substandard materials promptly with suppliers.
• Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to forecast material needs and plan stock accordingly.
• Ensure materials are available on-site as per project schedules to avoid delays.
• Provide support to project teams with any inventory-related issues or queries.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Commerce or Related Field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Inventory Management.
• Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management Software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
