Store Manager – Watches Showroom

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly responsible, confident, and customer-oriented Store Manager to lead our premium Watches Showroom. The ideal candidate will oversee all showroom operations, manage the sales team, ensure high-quality customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, and achieve sales targets. This position requires strong leadership qualities, product knowledge of watches, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of the watch showroom to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
  • Lead, train, guide, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
  • Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and ensure they receive expert guidance related to watch brands, models, features, and pricing.
  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and exchange requests with patience and professionalism.
  • Maintain excellent merchandise presentation, display arrangements, lighting, and overall showroom hygiene.
  • Oversee stock management: monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure all watches are properly tagged, cleaned, and displayed, including premium and limited-edition collections.
  • Analyze daily sales reports, track performance, and share weekly/monthly reports with management.
  • Implement promotional activities, festive offers, and marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance evaluations, and maintain discipline within the team.
  • Ensure accurate billing, manage cash/card/UPI transactions, and oversee POS operations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members for long-term business growth.
  • Stay updated with new watch launches, brand updates, technical features, and current market trends.
  • Ensure the showroom follows all operational, safety, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; specialization in retail management is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in watches, , or premium accessories.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control, retail operations, and customer service.
  • Well-groomed, punctual, and capable of handling pressure during peak sales periods.

Job Location - Karol Bagh, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • 4 yrs: 3 years (Preferred)
