Role Overview As the Manager at Hop Là, you’ll oversee daily operations of the play area, celebration/workshop area and café, ensure great customer experiences, and lead the team. You will coordinate with parents, kids, vendors, facilitators, and the founders. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the play area, café, and celebration zone Lead and support the team for smooth service Plan and execute workshops, events, and birthdays Coordinate with vendors (bakers, decorators, facilitators, etc.) Track inventory, raw materials, and café sales Share regular updates and reports with owners Ensure high-quality customer service Maintain a clean, safe, kid-friendly space Skills & Qualities Strong communication and people skills Warm, kid-friendly personality Good organisational and multitasking abilities Experience in team management preferred Event/operations experience is a plus Ability to work independently Why Join Hop Là?
