Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Manage Airtel store operations in adherence to defined SOPs and brand standards.
Optimize inventory through regular stock audits and efficient coordination with supply chain teams.
Drive revenue growth and ensure cost efficiency through effective transaction and budget monitoring.
Enhance in-store customer experience through product knowledge, issue resolution, and customer engagement.
Prepare store for launches, refits, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand identity.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor store staff, fostering high service standards and sales performance.
Conduct regular trainings to improve product understanding and sales techniques among team members.
Align with marketing, finance, and HR teams to integrate in-store initiatives with company-wide strategies.
Monitor store KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management review.
Enforce security measures to protect store assets and minimize losses.
