Store Manager Supply Chain

As a Store Manager in Supply Chain at Peppermint Robotics, located in Pirangut (Pune), you will play a crucial role in overseeing all inventory, warehousing, and material handling operations related to robotic component and product storage. Your responsibilities will include ensuring efficient material availability for production, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring accurate documentation and traceability across the supply chain lifecycle. Your role will involve maintaining and tracking inventory of raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods, and consumables using ERP systems. Conducting regular stock audits and cycle counts to investigate and resolve discrepancies will be part of your routine tasks. In warehouse operations, you will oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of robotic parts and materials. It will be your responsibility to ensure proper labeling, binning, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and physical organization of inventory, maintaining clean, safe, and efficient warehouse operations aligned with 5S principles. You will coordinate with Procurement, Production, and R&D teams to ensure timely availability of materials and execute material issuance as per BOMs and production schedules. Maintaining GRN, inward/outward registers, and all statutory documentation, along with ensuring compliance with internal controls, safety standards, and ISO/QA procedures will also be part of your duties. As a leader, you will supervise store assistants and handlers, providing training on material handling, safety protocols, and software usage. Additionally, you will liaise with vendors and logistics partners for timely delivery and dispatch of goods, coordinating with the QA team for inspection and acceptance of incoming material. To be successful in this role, you should have a Masters in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or equivalent, along with at least 5-8 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in electronics, robotics, or manufacturing industries. Proficiency in inventory/ERP systems such as SAP, Zoho, Tally ERP, Odoo, strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, and working knowledge of GST, E-way bills, and stock reconciliation procedures are essential.
