This position is the Incharge of Retail Outlet . He is accountable for achieving the target, stocks, cash transaction, Hygienic and settlement of all claims and complaints.He provides direction and leadership to the outlet staff.
-Responsible for achieving sales target .
-Responsible for cash transaction at the outlet. (sale & deposit in bank should be reconciled)
-Responsible for proper checking of daily expenses at outlet .
-To ensure settlement of all claims and complaints of his outlet.
-To ensure that all the customers are attended properly with equal importance.
-To ensure smooth functioning of outlet and resolve in case of any problem.
-To ensure staff reports on time and to wear company provided uniform.
-Team building
- To maintain proper stock at the shops and ensure proper rotation of stock .
-Responsible for proper display & Hygienic at store.
-To be responsible for generation of Daily sales report, cash report, monthly closing report etc.
