Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth material flow.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues.
Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and spare parts.
Coordinate with the purchase, production, and accounts departments.
Verify GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and maintain stock ledgers.
Plan and maintain reorder levels to avoid material shortages.
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safe storage of all materials.
Conduct monthly and yearly stock audits.
Supervise store staff and maintain discipline and cleanliness in the store area.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in store/inventory management — preferably in the automobile, mechanical, or manufacturing industry.
Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree (Mechanical background preferred).
Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and inventory software is essential.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle fast-moving spare parts and technical items efficiently.
Preferred: Local candidates from Coimbatore.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
