We are hiring for Store Manager

Salary Range :upto 12 Lakhs per annum

Location : Delhi

Job Profile:

* Revenue / Sales - Achieve the stores target by increasing the sales, revenue & profitability of the stores.

* Store Management - Tracking and managing store for overall image of the store (Cleanliness, lighting ventilation, Visual Merchandising etc.). Managing Store assets to ensure safety and security. Analyzing and interpret retail data reports, like revenues, expenses, sell through margin with designers , buying patterns and competition.In-charge of the consignment purchase decision.

* Customer Management - Implement Strategies to increase customer database and to convert them to potential buyers. Ensure best customer service including styling with minimum complaints / queries from customer.

* Merchandise Management - Provide inputs to Merchandising team on the emerging trends; customer needs. To make proper buying decisions to sell through with full margin. Come up with ideas to ensure increase in sales/reduction in dead inventory or optimize point in time sales . Ensuring sufficient goods in stock in the store as per the latest trend / season. Ensuring customer’s customized orders are received on time by interacting with the designers. Customer relevant buying (Type , size etc)

* Staff Management - Manpower planning and participating in selection of staff .Train new hires to ensure they are assimilated fully and quickly into the store and their roles. Manage / motivate and retain staff to contribute their best to the functioning of the store. Create multi-skilled talent along with a strong 2nd line leadership team. Managing staff work timings, leave and other operational HR issues

Skill & Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years work experience as a Store Manager from multi designer retail outlets is preferable

Good working knowledge in retail merchandising with multi -designers.

Excellent team management skills and Coordination with designers for stock and curation

Excellent communication skills
