Job Description

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Lead, train, and motivate store employees to maintain high performance and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety regulations.
Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial records.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to improve business performance.
Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
