Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Clothing Manufacturing Unit Manager who has hands-on expertise in both garment production and sales coordination . This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion manufacturing and business growth, ready to take charge of end-to-end operations and bring strategic value to a fast-growing small brand. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the clothing production unit including cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control. Manage and streamline the manufacturing workflow to ensure timely and cost-effective production. Closely monitor inventory, raw materials, manpower, and machinery utilization. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align production with demand and seasonality. Maintain strict quality control standards to uphold brand reputation. Establish SOPs and efficiency metrics to increase output and reduce wastage. Handle vendor and fabric supplier negotiations, costings, and purchases. Generate regular reports on production, sales coordination, and operational bottlenecks. Problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and attention to detail. * Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Store management: 2 years (Required) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
