Job Description

  • Responsible for overall store operations and managing the store team effectively.
  • Develop strategies to increase productivity and profitability within the store.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
  • Oversee and enforce store policies and procedures.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Should have a minimum of 6 years experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
