• We are a leading dealer of automobile care products seeking a dynamic and results-oriented male Store Manager to lead our store in Sector-9, Ambala City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• * Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflows.
• * Drive sales and achieve targets for automobile care products.
• * Manage inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, display, and loss prevention.
• * Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• * Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• * Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
• * Conduct regular performance reviews for staff and provide constructive feedback.
• * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• * Graduate degree in any discipline.
• * Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• * Strong leadership and team management skills.
• * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• * Proficient in inventory management and sales reporting.
• * Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• * Knowledge of automobile care products is a significant advantage.
• * Male candidates preferred due to specific operational requirements.
