POSITION TITLE: Store Manager

DEPARTMENT: Sales and Operation

LOCATION: Jaipur, Civil Lines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Administering complete retail store operations including Business Development, Merchandising, Customer Support and Team Management for achievement of assigned targets.
• Ensures that the team is trained on product and selling skills.
• Creating and introducing in- store customer awareness and feedback forms with most useful results.
• Guide the sales staff in terms of product displays, product highlight areas positioning posters, layouts plan etc.
• Handling and swiftly resolving customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.
• Provide information about the schemes and offers to the staff and solving problems which the staff is not able to handle.
• Responsible for inventory control including the facilities of monthly stock takes, ensuring that errors are accounted for and corrective action are set in place to prevent it in the future.
• Achieve the weekly and monthly target
• Responsibility for offline sales & event coordination
• Identify the potential business houses, corporates and customers to organize the promotional events.
• Plan and manage various jewellery exhibitions and sales.
• Self-motivated, proactive and detailed oriented
• Passionate about jewellery, fashion and empowering women
• Ensure all inventory and logistics for events are handled efficiently, including transportation, security and documentation.
• Set up and organize displays to showcase the collections in an elegant and appealing manner.
• Engage with customers during events to educate them about the jewelry, collections, and the benefits of lab-grown diamonds and colorstones.
• Hands-on experience in organizing or participating in sales events, pop-up shows, or exhibitions.
