Job Description

Store Manager ( Experience in

Job Location -Bavla -Gujarat

Job Responsibilities

Raw Material and Packaging Material

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management:

Supervise overall store activities related to Raw Material and Packaging Material for Ice Cream production.
Ensure timely receipts, storage, and issuance of materials as per production schedules.
Implement and monitor FIFO / FEFO systems for accurate inventory movement.

Inventory & Documentation:

Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP with high accuracy.
Conduct monthly stock reconciliation and ensure minimal variances.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports with management.

Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, and Production teams for planning and smooth material flow.
Work closely with vendors for timely delivery and material returns, if required.
Support internal and external audit activities with proper documentation.

Compliance & Quality Control:

Ensure all storage practices comply with FSSAI, GMP, and Safety standards.
Maintain hygiene, temperature control, and proper segregation of materials in the store.
Conduct periodic inspection of storage areas and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Team Management:

Lead, train, and supervise store executives and assistants to ensure efficiency and accountability.
Allocate work and monitor performance against defined KPIs.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization, space utilization, and cost control.
Implement best practices in inventory and warehouse management.
