Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Oversee sales floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer loyalty.
Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

7-10 years of experience in retail management or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
Strong understanding of Retail Store Operations & Management principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions (sales reports)
Proficiency in using technology for point-of-sale systems.
